Supervision & progress

To make sure you stay on track during your PhD you will draw up a Training & Supervision Plan (TSP) in order to avoid problems with your supervisor before the start of your PhD trajectory. This plan describes the outline of the targets you have to meet, both with respect to research and skills development. The document also specifies the rights and duties of you as a PhD candidate and your supervisor.

After the start there are certain fixed moments on which you and your supervisor reflect on the progress you have made. The format of the TSP is developed to easily process assessments, reviews and evaluations.
